The customer service representative at the customer service desk wasn't helpful, was very rude to me and refused to accept an item that I purchased online to pick up there and was able to return there. I had to make two trips and a couple of phone calls before she finally accepted the returned item and was suppose to return my money to my debit card and instead to a gift card. Still carries paper sewing patterns! Fabric department is shrinking. Walmarts are slowly removing bolts of fabric and replacing them with pricey precut yardage. Staff does not seem to know but the same happened on the mainland. Almost all of them carry no patterns and have only "fat quarters" for crafts...
