The worst costumer service and poor quality of items. It took them almost 3 months to complete my order and 3 of the 11 items purchased came deffective. To start with, they didn't deliver on the agreed date and delayed the delivery for almost 3 weeks. When the delivery happened, there were 3 items missing. Exchanged one of the defective items and recived the wrong item back. The couch came defective and exchanged it for a more expensive one that also came deffective. Now they are telling me they will pick up the item an reinburse me the money but, they want me to pay for the pick up service, can you believe that? Read moreNo one greeted us at the entrance or reminded us to take hand sanitizer, etc. post- Covid-19 protocol that is required according to the Dept. of Health. After waiting 10 mins at the entrance we went ahead and looked around waiting to be attended, eager to see such lovely furniture. A couple of minutes went by and a random employee without greeting us or telling us if we needed assistance said we had only 30 minutes to be in the store and that we had to leave soon. That left us “con mal sabor en la boca” - We left without purchasing anything due to the lack of employees and assistance.
