Why is it that cashiers are unable to control the express check out lines. Today I went to the Altamira store and went to the express checkout cashier. The customer in front had over 30 items when the express sign clearly states " 15 items or less ". 542331 is my reference number.The cashier is Shakira Melendez Mussenden (503), the counter was #20 and the time was 7/10/2020, 11:54 am. This is not the first time this has happened and being a disabled person with duly authorized disability shirt tag, this is the last time I visit your store. I can't afford to stand on a line, waiting for someone who disrespects the established rules and a cashier who clearly avoids enforcing them. I have in the past, complained to the floor cashier supervisors, with zero results. The practice continues...

Update June 2023 VERY FRUSTRATED WITH THE KARTS 😡😤 Went back today and Update 2023 May: Please get New karts🛒🛒🛒!!! Almost all the karts🛒 are really messed up! I just got out of the gym and the dumb karts🛒 made me do another workout 😅🤣🤣🤣😏😶‍🌫️ I actually changed it twice and still it was hard to move them especially with food fill in these karts🛒! You guys really forgot to update them karts🛒 BRO!!!! ALMOST THE WHOLE OF GUAYNABO COMES HERE! WE DEMAND NEW KARTS 🛒🛒🛒😅🤣😆✌🏽👋🏽 They remodel this grocery a while ago. Love it. Good prices also. I get what I need most of the most. Organized and clean also. Employees are ok. P.S.2023 Prices all over...

Pleasant!!!... But need improve specials unforgetable poor communities. Also; need to help the persons with disability at the ENTRANCE AND EXIT until your vehicles and or home if neccesary required; whatever case. Finally bring something for example: cheeses 5 pounds varieties...for cheesses's lovers or chefs. The cashiers must be more carefully with sanitizing all before the next clients..In Addition; must be nice and patient as a song of Luis Fonsi... "DESPACITO".
