I been meaning to write this review for a minute now. I will never take my macbook here again for repairs. They rob you of your money.

Last September I took my 2015 macbook to them because the charging outlet on my computer was burnt out and not receiving charge. There was nothing else wrong with the computer. I let the personnel know. They make me pay a lot for a deposit. They "diagnose" my computer for having a motherboard issue and that the service to fix it including parts was going to be $700. I pay it in two installments. I get my computer back, charger outlet replaced. A month after getting it repaired, it shuts down on me. I was so angry. I do freelance work on my computer and its really set me back financially. They need to close this business down for deceptive...

I needed a screen change. The repair cost $1,000+. With such a ridiculously high cost I might as well buy another computer (not Mac). They charged me $110 for a diagnosis. They were not clear that they were originally charging me a diagnosis. I asked them: “couldn’t you have told me that a screen change goes for $1,000+ prior to the diagnosis”. They said their policy is to not disclose that information even if you ask. So I got $110 stolen from me for a diagnosis that told me what I already knew: my screen is broken. I called 6 times, there was no answer. Eventually I found it. The lady was eating lunch, and seemed to be bothered she was interrupted. She seemed completely oblivious to providing service, her attitude was not very good.
