This place is a nightmare...stopped here to get some things at Supermax..boy did i regret coming here. There was some problem with a small truck that could not get the electronic arm to go up to give him passage outside. So as this is happening a line of more than 13 cars has formed all honking the horns. There are 2 exits but everyone prefers the main one. My car was stuck in the same line as the 13 cars only parked..cause there was no way to get it out. After something like 7 minutes the truck finally gave up..but now the line of cars was pretty much doubled. I promised myself id never come back here ever again. 9/28/2024 There is a backgate that closed at 7 not the 10+ year old sign that says 6, LOCAL RESIDENTS and older people depend on it. This guard by the last name of Matias closed it at 6:50 and even though I ran to it sweaty he didn't allow me to go in (hand't locked it yet), he then forced to stay to file a "report or he would call the cops on me" and even forced me to put a card on the floor to pretend it was stolen. I have lived here for 35 years (im 35) and I never thought a security guard would be the one to make me feel unsafe. Sirs the parking exit to San Patricio Plaza is horrible due to the fact that a board reading the receipt was installed very far from the car and the driver needs to get out of the car not taking into consideration that is not easy to handicap people and if there is an employee in the parking exit he or she must be more helpful and not having an bad attitude like they do.
