Considering my husband and I are making a full cross-country move, both still working full time, and I'm starting my intensive graduate program...the fact that I'm taking the time to give our realtor a glowing review should say enough...but read on for the story:

First of all, you need to write down the name, Victoria Tavares and save it forever. We can't say enough good things about how spectacular she is as a realtor (and honestly, just as a human). This could have been a hot mess of an experience (seller's market, moving thousands of miles, site-unseen, you get the gist) but it was literally the opposite. She was in constant communication with us and responsive with every single email and text. She made us feel not only comfortable reaching out to her with honest questions, but encouraged it. By the end of this whole process, we were sending gifs and emojis and celebrating the most exciting purchase of our lives (thus far), and Victoria was right along side for the ride.

To give more details on how she went above and beyond: She would go to each property and spend time filming and/or facetiming with us to show every nook and cranny of the houses. She was honest about any work that needed to be done, and would even be like, "no. you won't like this one" once she got a feel of what we were looking for. She would make calls and inquiries on our behalf, kept us in the loop with things that she probably didn't even need to but it eased our stressed out little hearts, and she gave us every helpful hint and tip in the book.

Given that it's a seller's market and we're first time home-buyers...you would think this would have taken a list of offers and let downs before we landed on a dream home but no...Victoria is magical. In just 3 tries (and thank all the gods because we dodged a couple of bullets on the first two properties) she found us literally everything we wanted, under our budget, and we closed in the exact timeframe we wanted to.
