Went in to look for extracting tools as well as a tap for the bolt I brought in. Mentioned it to the sales person and he quickly brought me around the store, pointed “there are some extractors, probably this one”. The taps are behind the counter and the gentleman said my bolt was horribly stripped and he couldn’t help. I sat there for 10 min looking at the signage and finally determined what I needed, it would have been easier if I could touch the taps. Also needed screw extractor and he threw some on the counter, “Look at these”. My gut was that I should have walked away, but I didn’t. The gentleman was swearing and clearly not enjoying his job. I am surprised I am the only negative review but I will not be visiting this...
