Terrible customer service, set an appointment and they never showed up called and the lady said she would find out and call back never called us back, repeated this four times each time she promised to call back never heard back this morning I call back and was told again would call be back never heard a word. Their customer service is very terrible and they just want your money from the purchase of the appliances but when it is not working they don't care and never shows up for the scheduled repairs and no communication at all. Mr. ED was nice and patient. I bought a washer and dryer and they are the best. Wonderful customer service and very low price. Anybody leaving a bad review must be the same people you can't satisfy no matter what you do. We definately be going back if we beed anything else. Mr. Ed you have our five star rating. Money been tight.. we needed electric stove. I can't think of worker name . He truly helped us out so much. I was studying and calculating our monthly bills. He marked price down on stove. GEstove.
