After several failed attempts to find the parts to repair my grandfather's RV we decided to broaden our search. When I first saw this place pop up on my screen I tell you I was a bit skeptical especially considering the rating. After reading reviews I had it in my mind already this is going to be an ordeal that required a lot of patience. That mine I prepared myself for the your journey out to seven point. I pulled in first thing that I noticed that the view in front of me didn't look like what was on the maps due to the large structure being constructed. I walked into the store, looking around and taking in the view and immediately I was greeted by an employee. "Hi my name is Renee. How may I help you today?". Sound of her voice made me turn immediately as she stepped around the counter. She is wearing pair of jeans that she wore very well nice dress shirt in heels and to me she seem like she was at a place in a hardware store. When I explained to her what I was looking for she immediately led me to the connectors that I have been searching for. Once I found what I came for I decided to take a look around and see what else is plays head off for me different tools accessories is that nature and all the while she's building Rapport asking questions true customer service. Before I knew it had been exploring this store for almost 30 minutes, and I have to say it was the most pleasant, easy going half hour of my day. I learned that the structure next door, when completed, will be home to her boss's many ventures. More space and comfort for everyone. I would definitely recommend this store to all my family and friends. If you ever find yourself passing through Seven Points, even if you need nothing at all, stop in and say hi and take a look. There are no clearly marked prices on anything. We said we wanted to browse but was followed and talked at. They do have a ton of stuff. but if you need a sink don't expect a price tag or it to be a quick look up. It felt like prices would be based on what they think we could afford.
