9 out of 10 times i get my order wrong. And you cant even complain about it. the main deli guy always seems to put the blame on the client. I order in english, than he replies in Spanish. Than i continue in Spanish, than he replies in english. “Hero,turkey,yellow American cheese,lettuce,tomatoes,onions,mayo. And always something comes out wrong. That’s why i no longer go there. The deli man takes your order while doing 6 different task at the same time. Does not even writes it down. Than! He messes the order up, And you cant even complain about it, because the deli man does not likes to get corrected. Thank you!!! Used to go there 3 or 4 times a week, and used to spent $18 to $24 per order. I guess they’re doing amazingly that they don't care about the satisfaction of a customer. But it’s ok. Good for them. Specially the main deli man, that seems to have an issue when stand corrected. I hated one time that my wife went in to get me a sandwich, the usual. Than he put salt,pepper,oil,vinegar. Than he argued that i always get it like that. False of course! Than! He makes it again, and forgets the yellow American cheese. But like i said! You cant get an order right, if you are multi tasking on 6 different things. But...

I'd like to give "The Brother's Grocery Deli & Grill" a more thorough review but am unable at this time. This establishment claims to have Free Delivery but unfortunately it seems to be very limited. Firstly, I called the establishment and delivery begins after 10AM, although business hours begin at 5:30AM. Secondly, and most importantly, delivery is limited to the business's immediate area; they were unable to delivery to my home, only 6 blocks away (0.3 miles, 7 minutes walking). As I am partly disabled, this new establishment would have been a good nearby delivery...

Perfect neighborhood deli. 10/10 breakfast sandwiches. Solid coffee and retail selection.

The lunch/dinner food is not as good as the breakfast BUT it's fast, fresh, and a fair price.
