Golden Crown — Local services in Guymon

I am very disappointed with the service we received at this store today. We put in an order online on September 11, 2021 and clearly put we wanted in store pick up at 9am for September 13, 2021, we got to the store around 9:40 and nothing was ready, they hadn't even started our request. The flower lady started the funeral arrangement we had ordered and she used the ugliest, dryest, and the flowers that were about to die. We showed the store manager the email confirmation and details where it said in store pick up at 9am and mentioned the mass started at 10 and we didn't get the arrangement till around 10:20. I live out of state and called here to have mother day flowers sent out to my mom. Since I do live out of state and my mother isn’t phone savvy I asked if they could please send me a photo of the flowers. Friday passed and I never heard from them. Called today Saturday and they hadn’t been able to deliver because my mom wasn’t home so I ask again if they could please take a picture. Never did. My mom received the flowers and I never got to see them. I spent $126 while I understand they are busy it takes less than a minute to snap a picture. Will be calling Fisch & Hitch...

Terribly disappointed! I ordered a funeral spray for a graveside service. It was pitiful! I had to call in the order since I was coming in from out of state the day of the service. When I first saw the arrangement I thought maybe a friend or another family member had sent it. Then when I read the card and realized it was the "spray" I ordered, I was shocked! At the church memorial service I had a spray that had four times as many flowers and was five times larger for the same amount of money Golden Crown charged!!!...
