We spoke for a washing machine here on a Wednesday and arranged to pick it up Friday. When I got there they had sold it. The owner apologized but the sticky note with my wife’s name was still there, it had been peeled off and put on the side of another washing sitting behind the one we were buying. My main issue was that owner then said said he wouldn’t work with us on a discount on another machine despite their error. He said they would call us back Monday to order a different one. Never heard from them. Old washing machine was already moved out so I was in a bind and it’s a 60 mile round trip my my house to Guymon.

We all understand small businesses have hours that change and limited staff but at least letting people know you are closed for whatever reason or putting a note up would be professional. Read moreMy-oh-my. We went in to replace a microwave oven. The clerk was sitting at a desk, on her phone, no greeting nor acknowledgement that we were even in the building. We saw the microwaves on the shelf, went to look at what was available. We had made our decision, and ended up waiting for the clerk to come help us. Checking out, the clerk rang up the incorrect price. I had to correct her, and was given the correct price. I asked if they had a cart to take it to my pickup, a quick reply of 'no' and the clerk walked away. Not the best...
