They were quick. Waited barely 5 min. Took about 5 min. Went in for a trim on my bangs, face frame, and couple inches off the bottom if needed.

Result: had to trim up bangs when I got home; still needs to be touched up but a little better and it’ll do for now. Face frame wasn’t done. Ends were cleaned up but noticeable couple inch difference on one side that doesn’t fade together. Didn’t do any side matching for length before making sure I was done. Was more focused on her conversation then on what I was liking for. Didn’t even wash my hair- sprayed it with what smelled Iike coconut oil water; which is fine but not worth $27. Should’ve been about $15 for a trim. I tipped her cause she did do me a service but not...

Came in to the hair salon expecting to get my haircut, only to get an inexperienced lady that tells me she can’t the haircut I want.

This isn’t the only inconvenience I’ve had. I’ve had wait times longer than an hour. I’ve also had instances where I had to wait an hour and a half just to get a haircut.

Alma also closes early for her convenience. I come in an hour and a half before they close, just for Alma to tell me that they close in 30 minutes.

Every time I come to this place, I get the wrong edge of the sword. Either I get waiting hours over 60 minutes, an inexperienced employee, or a lack of professionalism.

Going gray is tough but Alma has made me beautiful for the stark transition. She did not chop off my hair! she employed a thorough lighting and then, rather than over process the hair, treated it with a generous amount of toner to cool off the brassiness.
