I was walking from the little shell station to the local restaurant and happend across this little gem of a BBQ Trailer. The haft rack of ribs was some of the best I've had in a long time at a very reasonable price. She had a awesome bbq sauce(made with some of the local distillery's product). We arrived in an RV with only 20 minutes to spare, and The Full Belly truly delivered! Like any true BBQ place, they ran out of all the meat I wanted by close, but what they did serve up was amazingly delicious. The pulled pork's aromatics came through in every bite. The bark on the brisket was seasoned to perfection. Everything was moist! And the jalapeno sausages kicked the flavor profile into full gear.
