If I could leave these guys 10 stars I totally would. Lucas was the man I dealt with and he was fantastic. Answered questions fully, took his time listening to my problems and even had enough concern to advise me that he they repair route I was headed towards was pretty dangerous, potentially losing him a sale. On top of that, when I mentioned the need for a pretty unique battery in our conversation at the end of us discussing my problem at hand he took the time to find out which specific battery it was that I needed and rummaged around to find.

This is a unique and necessary business, one that not many would think of when stepping foot into the entrepreneurial realm. He could hang high prices over our heads because there is a strong demand for these products. But he stays fair and helpful in spite of this...

My experience, this was the most pathetic situation that i have been subject to in a long time. I’ll tell everyone I come in contact with about the most ignorant person that calls himself a manager that it has been my misfortune to meet. I meet with many people on a professional level, at meetings, seminars, training, and my private life, I will share this story. I will now recommend Battery One, Auto Zone, even Walmart or Sams you will get a better value on your purchase and not be subject to the unprofessional and such a misfit to society. I couldn't be more thankful for the gentleman at this location. I thought my battery was dead so I went out to get a new one and come to find out it was my alternator. It was a Saturday and I couldn't find anyone that could get the part and install it same day. So they called their buddy who owns a garage and had arrangements made for the garage to come pick my car up from the battery warehouse parking lot to have it fixed first thing Monday morning. The amount of effort they put in to making sure I was safe and not stranded was beyond any customer service I've ever had. They truly were my angels today.
