Went to community College here, advisors are great classes are on par with those I've had at a 4 year college, campus is pretty cool and most buildings are modern/up-to-date. Very affordable too and left me with lots of opportunities after graduating and transferring. Parking can be bad during peak hours and food is typical. Most teachers are great but many classes use online teaching software with provided PowerPoints/videos/lectures/self-grading assignments (pearson MyLab) which brings into question why a teacher for some classes are even needed when it's basically administered and graded completely online but taught in an in-class setting (aside from being able to ask questions in-person). If you want a cert, some credits, or an associates degree ... go to HCC. Don't let people trick you into an overly expensive university when you can...

They get two stars because I had some good experiences when it came to taking my prerequisites, but upon entering a program it’s a whole different world. Certain instructors have attitude problems and if you look at the type of people accepted and successful in these programs it’s only a certain demographic. Small town college with small...
