This is my favorite coffee shop! People debate between Starbucks and Dunkin but the answer is actually Cannon Coffee. I visit almost weekly and love to try their different gluten free pastries. They have revolving flavors and pastries including muffins, scones, poptarts, and danishes. They also have gluten free bagels and two hot breakfast sandwiches. (Edited to add: as of June 2025, they now also have yogurt parfaits and waffles available at this location!) The roastery always smells incredible and bags of their coffee is for sale on site. I'll admit, I'm not a coffee drinker, but I am obsessed with their chai. It's my absolute favorite and I compare all other chai teas to theirs! My friends and coworkers have vouched for their coffee though and they love it. If you are an HCC employee, you can show your Staff ID to receive a discount at this location. I usually go to the downtown location since it’s closer to my home, but when I have appointments at Robinwood, this location is my go-to. Although this spot is smaller, it’s still mighty! The drinks are always consistent between both locations, and the quality never changes. It’s also a great option for college students who need a quick caffeine break or a cozy place to recharge.
