Poke and Sushi — Restaurant in Hagerstown

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ A Colorful and Flavorful Experience with Room for Improvement.

I recently visited Poke and Sushi and was genuinely impressed by the quality of the food. The presentation was vibrant, clean, and beautifully balanced—each bite was fresh and flavorful. The pricing felt fair for the quality, and I tried a new drink that was interesting, though it could use a bit more refinement.

However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. During this time of year, with the heat at its peak, the indoor environment was uncomfortable—multiple fans were running but only circulated warm air. Additionally, the service could be more welcoming. When my food was brought to the table, the staff member seemed rushed or unhappy, placing the dish down rather abruptly without a word.

Overall, the food is worth coming back for, and I hope to see improvements in the ambiance and customer service. Looking forward to giving it another try...

First time here, even w.a take out service I could sense how kind they were here! I had gotten some things mixed up on the menu, and the sweet lady was patient with me leading to me being able to place my order quite quickly. As I see others have said, the portions are AMAZING! I was ECSTATIC to see that my side salad was a bit bigger than your typical sushi spot (it's my favorite ❤️) and both rolls were divine! I tried the spider roll for the first time, which I would definitely get again. &the Jalepeno Bomb was #chefskiss

Its a bit father than my closest sushi spot(s) but, absoluely worth it. Would definitely recommend....

Wow I am overwhelmed with how good this place is, especially for Hagerstown. I got the Pork Ramen (pork base) and it is phenomenal with flavor, especially the base. I also got Salmon and Tuna Sushi (2pc) and the Salmon is the best I've had in this area in terms of sushi. The Tuna was also pretty solid but not near as good as the salmon. This is absolutely my new "goto" place for sushi in Hagerstown, and it's the only place that has Ramen here as well. Great atmosphere and the staff is overwhelmingly friendly and professional.
