After waiting for a competitor to show up, the competitor tried to charge me a bunch of money for something they would not be able to do for a few hours. Amazing service! These guys are as honest and fair as can be. They will treat you right. No high pressure sales tactics here. I found them to be very knowledgeable and respectful. I have used them exclusively for years on my trucks. I respect the fact that they will tell you what you really need right now and what can wait for repairs. I am extremely pleased with the service I recieved today. Our car broke an axle and was left on the shoulder of 15, the insurance company set up the tow. Their was instant communication via a tracking site. I spoke with John the owner at one point and he was right on top of handling my questions even though he was on a job as well.
