This has got to be the worst Customer Service Experience I have ever had in my life. I walk in to buy a pack of cigarettes. I was going to use 3 Pennie’s in the dish towards my payment. The foreign, curly haired man behind the counter told me to put it back and that I could not use it. I said ok, but why? He said I wasn’t welcome and said just pay. I told him I was not paying I told him to forget it I’ll go somewhere else. He then proceeded to yell at me and said no you come back and pay, mind you the cigarettes were still on the counter and I just told him no I wasn’t going to be treated this way and tried to leave, he then yelled at me as I was walking out the door. I will not for any reason whatsoever recommend this place to anyone and I will not return to this store. He was so rude and ignorant to me. I’ve never experienced this in my life. I used to come up there and spend money and give him business. I will no longer do that. I will go someplace else he will not receive a penny for me. This is the worst place I’ve ever been to in my life to treat me like this. I did nothing to this man. I came in there just to buy a pack of cigarettes give him the money and ask him if I could use the three pennies after I took them from the dish he flipped out and he started being really rude. This place needs to be shut down. They need to be investigated and customers do not need to be treated like this telling anyone and everyone who had plans on going to the smoke shop do not go in. Stay away. I’ve never had anybody be this ignorant to me. I said it’s OK. I won’t be back. I don’t want to buy them. I’m not spending my money in that place and I was planning on spending a couple hundred dollars on a product that I’ve seen. I will not do that and I will not come back. Trust my words when I tell you stay away for your own good this place is not worth it. I’m so upset. There’s no reason to treat somebody like this. You would’ve think I would’ve stole from him. I’ve never taken anything from his store and I’ve never been treated this bad. I spent a lot of money in there previously and he treats me like this. I’m a good guy. I do not deserve to be treated like this. You don’t talk to a customer like this. Worst experience of my life. I’m telling you everyone stay away from there. They don’t care about the people they treat you like crap and I never would’ve thought that I would’ve been treated like this in a store. I’ve never done nothing wrong to him or the store. I will spread the word around and I will make sure everybody knows to stay away from the shop. I’m so upset that I got treated like this. It was so wrong man so wrong. They say karma comes back. Well you know what buddy it will come back maybe not for me maybe not directly, but it will come back in one way or another. You should be ashamed to have a business open treating customers like this. My father in law just died 2 days ago and I’m going to stand being treated like this!!!!! Unreal and cruel.
