Was a really awful experience for me and my 3 children. We called ahead and booked, notified her we were in a converted schoolie. No issues she booked us in. We woke up to her banging at the door telling us we had 15 minutes to leave. I asked if we could book another night she said no way.

My son went to have a shower in that 15 minute time frame, she came and told him he had to leave or she was charging us another night. Her and someone else stared at us in a golf cart until we pulled out. Was humiliating and just not nice for me and my babies to experience. It takes so much effort to be rude, and little effort to be kind. Treating us as though we were unwelcome was just so uncomfortable.

We called ahead to pelican point, where the lady was so kind and welcomed us with open arms and smiles. She loved our schoolie and was so kind to my kids ot made up for the awful lady at the half moon bay rv park . Please support the kindness and pelican bay and forget the half moon bay rv.

Pelican bay is not only more private sites, but they have very kind staff and a beautiful view of...

Just stopped by to see if any spaces were available for my recently restored vintage RV(1985) and I was told I would be allowed to stay only 3 days and no more. I asked why she explained to me that your RV is out of date and because of previous Rvers have just left there trashy RV worth nothing. I tried to explain to her that my RV was completely repainted and remodeled and she said she didn't care about that. This made me question the reason because my RV is not on that type of shape nor is it worthless! I then tell her that's a type of discrimination. After I said that she then says in exact words "oh no you didn't, I'm half Black! Don't mess with me! Really confused and very disturbed about what just happened i left with a very unpleasant experience and was discriminated against because I own a older RV which is in excellent condition with 67,000 miles on her with 2019 tags smogged and no issues! It doesn't even leak! I'm very disappointed in this RV park. Please don't give these types of people your hard earned money they...

This park was Awesome. Clean, nice laundry facility. Surrounded by tree line fencing. Within walking distance to the bay bluffs and park. You can walk thru tree tunnels to the bay. Then down the costal trails. Awesome views. You can get onto the beach itself as well. Either walk the 1/2-1 mile trail or drive. Great location to downtown shops etc. Just a short drive. Pet friendly! You can see owls flying over the fields at night and early morning. Our Host was very friendly! We were not crammed in here. Our sight was very spacious! We did hit up Camerons pub for food next door. But it was Not good. Unfortunately no one in our group enjoyed their meals. Which were not cheap! I do NOT recommend the food!!!!! I do however recommend " KETCH" their food was awesome! A short drive on highway 1. Also we got to see seals and a whale at the lighthouse off highway 1. A short drive from the park. I would stay here again at this...

Back again, i love this rv park. Better than other places. Some are too expose to the wind and traffic noise and the manager is not rude, not like the others close by and pacifica. I love this one for things that fits for me. The beach access, the doggie park close by with friendly folks. A fun biking distance to main street, fresh sea food and sam's chowders, friendly fun helpful staff in the office. And many many many beach access! I surf, so this place maybe is not for everyone? Another part i like using hwy 92 to san mateo county for more fun stuff to do and shopping! I used lyft coming home after few drinks on broadway st. Super helpful. Princeton is another neat place to check out for food. And beautiful beautiful trails, Coast and more. Worth coming back.

Nice RV park in a beautiful location has a pub beside it which was just OK fairly basic food. My biggest issue with this resort was the amount of cats running around made for a very unpleasant stay for my dog. All of the staff drive around with cans of cat food in the back of their golf carts. It may be a cat culture here, but they should at least let you know. Big-time full-time resident Campground. Seemed quite communal didn’t really have any use for outsiders like us. Bathrooms were just OK paint falling off walls, giving the appearance of being dirty, even if it was clean.

This park has a lot to offer and friendly staff. The showers are free and get hot. There is laundry on site and full hookups/sewage. There is a restaurant/pub on the property. There are multiple pull throughs and a grassy wooded area across the street that you can take your dog to. The beach is a bit of a walk to get to and down a cliffside but still a beautiful walk and great place to catch a sunset. Note, there are cats running around the park. Downtown Half Moon Bay is close by and has other restaurants and a really great bakery called Moonside.See photos...
