It makes me sad to post this. This store has really gone down hill. I went in a few Saturdays ago at 8am (checked the FB page hours first) and no one was there. Waited until 8:05am but had to get to work. Then I went back yesterday and my my drink didn’t taste the same. Bought some protein balls which were soggy and tasted like they’d been in the fridge a long time (had that weird taste). I threw them out. I can’t say I’ve had a good experience here since they moved. It’s such a hassle to get in and out of the store and then to not even have the same quality as before leaves me not bothering going at all. I know I am not alone because I have talked to several other friends who say they rarely ever go anymore, due to the fact it’s hard to get in and out, and the service and quality seems to not be as good. Read moreI have always had wonderful service while at Emory Station. The owner is so sweet and outgoing. The loaded teas are the best in the entire Knoxville area! I have seen a negative review about not being able to get in and out very easily, but this has never been an issue for me. I have tried several other tea shops and the loaded teas are always weak. We moved from Texas a little over a year ago and had the hardest time finding a place that made them like back home. Emory Station is the only one that makes them as good. Good prices for the amount you get and the drinks don't make you feel sluggish or bloated like other similar places, long after you've finished drinking. The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. Theres a WIDE selection of drinks, which confused me with clutter, but they're more like variations instead of different items.
There is a place to sit that's hidden behind a curtain. That's it's only downside, but I don't know anyone who would stay here for more than a few minutes to get...
