On a bit of a whim, we decided to give this place a try and found it to be a good place for a bite. Thank you for reading and see the breakdown below!

FOOD: We ordered a classic burger ๐Ÿ” (lettuce, mayo, pickles, cheese) and the fish and chips. Surprisingly, the fish far outshined the burger by a decent margin. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป -The burger ๐Ÿ” was good, but to have โ€œBurgerโ€ in the name, youโ€™d expect a phenomenal showing, buuuuut it was really just OK. Burger was a bit dry and had some seasoning in the meat that were a little different. Certainly NOT bad, by any means, but Iโ€™ve had better burgers from non-burger restaurants (Aubreyโ€™s, Roadhouse, Mooyaโ€™s, 5 Dudes, etc.). -Now the fish ๐ŸŸ, WHOLE โ€˜nother story. Probably the BEST fish Iโ€™ve had in a long, long time, even from the bigger restaurants. I like fish, but not fishy tasting (or slimy ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿคข) fish. The fish was really really good!! I would definitely go back for the fish ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿปand probably not a burger. ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ -Fries๐ŸŸ were good and onion rings were good, not big batter dipped or an anything, but still good. -Portion sizes were SUBSTANTIAL!! ๐Ÿ˜ณ The fish and chips were three LARGE pieces and fries AND onion rings (instead of slaw).๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

SERVICE: When getting in, it was a bit confusing on whether you sit yourself or wait, and there were several workers busily working and it took a minute or 3 to even get recognized. Then after seating ourselves, it took about 6-9 minutes before anyone even came to the table. Another few minutes and we would have been out. Restaurant was not full either, so the start was a little off-putting, but after we officially had a waitress, service was good. Food was served promptly after ordering, and we didnโ€™t have to ask for refills or a check, so the end was MUCH bette than the start! ๐Ÿซฅ๐Ÿ˜‘๐Ÿซ ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ

PRICE: Given the quantity of food, the price was reasonable. Maybe a โ€œtadโ€ on the high side, BUT we have leftovers. Roughly $50 for two meals, and drinks (Coke & Tea), including tip.

ATMOSPHERE: It was clean and several high tables around the walls with other, regular tables inside of those. Music and TVโ€™s werenโ€™t blaring, so that was good. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

OVERALL (& MISC): Probably would go back, most definitely for the fish for sure.๐Ÿ˜‹ Parking is pretty limited and we went at a very odd time (3 PMโ€™ish). Getting in and out of the lot ๐Ÿš™ is a bit awkward, but it works....

3 star Update The owner has reached out to me to personally appologize. He says new high chairs should be arriving at the restarant this week. We will be going back again to make sure the high chairs are repaired and properly working. Will update to 5 stars once we confirm repairs are made.

Origianl 1 star review: Went here for mother's day today with my family, including my 15 month old who needed a high chair. They gave me a broken high chair that was so broken he could have slid out and gotten seriously hurt (the clip was broken to fasten him in and the strap between his legs was broken allowing him to slide out the front). I brought it to a server's attention and they proceeded to bring me ANOTHER broken high chair. I informed them that high chair was also unsafe. They offered me a THIRD broken high chair. Finally, they brought me a high chair from outside that had all it's functioning parts. It had been rained on so, although they dried it off, the straps were still very wet, providing an uncomfortable wet seat for my child.

That was not the end of our poor service. They brought out an incorrect order for my food (I specified no onion rings on a burger that comes with onion rings and specified I wanted fries as a side instead. They brought a double order of onion rings, no fries). We had to ask for refills on my step father's water. We also had to ask for drink refills on our soda. When an employee came by to ask how our meal was, I explained to her the issues we had with the food and looking at my plate that finally had fries on it, she said "Were they able to fix it?" instead of using her own two eyes to see that I had fries now instead of onion rings.

This is our 4th time visiting this restaurant in the last year and this was the worst service we have ever had. It was not busy. There was no obvious cause of the poor service and poorly kept high chairs except laziness and lack of...

My husband and I went to The Burgers for dinner after having heard a lot of good reviews for it. We ordered onion rings for an appetizer, he order a BBQ cheddar burger with fries and I a fried chicken sandwich with a chipotle ranch sauce that I was told wasn't very spicy (I have a medical condition that can get triggered by spicy or acidic foods). The onion rings came out quickly, which was a plus, but they were bland and the breading was weird. We ate about half of them but decided not to finish them.

Then our entrees came out. My husband's burger was ordered medium (they asked for his temperature preference) and it came out well done and tasteless. There was no seasoning at all. My chicken sandwich was better than his burger. We also received HUGE servings of fries which seemed to be cut in house, but they were bland as well and there's no salt or pepper on the tables. The best part of the meal was the banana pudding, but beware that there is cinnamon in the dish for those who are allergic. Our server was great as well.

Overall, however, I wasn't impressed and neither was my husband. Neither of us finished the appetizer or our entree, and considering that main courses start at $10 and start going up from there, it definitely wasn't a great experience. They didn't do anything terrible, they just didn't do anything great to warrant a...

Onion Rings & Fried Dill Pickles remain excellent! Hamburgers are no longer acceptable as a food that would draw me there. The burgers (the actual meat) are now tasteless and small. Service was very: awkward, chaotic, and terrible. We were seated for a very long time with no menus. FOUR other tables were seated long after us. Two of those tables finished eating and left BEFORE we even received our simple food request. All of them got there food long before we did. We were two guests, three tables were two guests, one had four guests. It was obvious we were done wrong and no acknowledgment or explanation given. Both burgers were cold when we got them. As much as I used to enjoy this place. I now despise it. I'm mad we even went. Two low quality burgers, lower quality service, great onion rings and pickles: $42+ ; $8 tip (I always tip no matter the service) = 2 lost loyal customers.

Not too busy when we stopped by. The staff was very nice and service was quick. Reasonably priced for what you get. I will return to try other menu items. They do serve beer and some alcohol. (Update 29 March) Previously I had given 5 stars. Today's visit was a 3. I ordered the Knox Club (grilled chicken sandwich). My order was without mayo and i received it with mayo on both sides of the bun :( I asked for a fresh bun which was no problem, corrected the mayo problem immediately. But the chicken breast was also tiny and thin, barely covered the bun. Not a $13 sandwich in my opinion. The taste was excellent though, as were the fresh fries. I'll continue going and trying new things. Hopefully next time I can mark it as a 5 star
