I Love Vape & Smoke — Local services in Hallsville

I was going here because of convenience but will not be returning. This shop doesn’t sell good products. I had a vape that was going off by its self if it was laid down or upside down and went out within a week of me buying it. It normally takes me 3-3.5 weeks to get through this vape as it is 8000 puffs. It was definitely going off in my purse while I was at work because as soon as I realized this was happening, it was out of juice. I took that day to present the issue to them to get a new one at least half price. I had video proof of the device going off by itself and was told "sorry, people always come in here after they've smoked it down and try to return it. The most I can do is take off 2 dollars". I understand having a return policy and all, but there’s got to be some kind of policy if the product doesn’t preform correctly as well. The manager only comes in around 2:00pm on some week days so I'll never catch him. I would think he would want to hear if the vendor he's buying from is selling him faulty product...
