CT Palm Trees and Tropicals — Local services in Hamden

I ordered a a triple trunk palm tree on 5/4/24 it is now 6 weeks later and still do not have it. When I call their place of business nobody ever answers the phone. I decided to cancel my order on 6/1/24 I have been getting the runaround from them since that time and it started when I asked them to provide me with a picture of the palm tree that they were going to delivery to me, needless to say they sent me pictures of other trees but not specifically the ones that I was going to get. this is when decided to cancel my order with them this was on June 1 I've been told by some guy that his id comes up on my phone as Sarah Patrick palm tree that is has gone up to upper management and to the owner I have not heard back from anyone as of yet. they are a very shady group of people perfect for them to be in the tree business ironic. I would not recommend buying anything from if you o on their website there is a policy on returns except that when you click on it, it brings you to a dead domain nothing to read there I will be posting pictures of my conversations with them with the dates and times just so everyone can view it and come to their own conclusion. Meanwhile I am about 1500.00 think before you purchase anything I should have purchase on my credit card but I did it through AFFIRM they have been no help either I will not be using them in the future and closing my account with them too.i will come back everyday to post new info on my situation and to let the public now about AFFIRM and CT...

This business is a scam! They took money upfront for winter storage of my plants, killed and severely damaged them, broke planters and then upon delivery the owner pretended to be one of his employees and said ‘Brandon is so sorry….’ He was Brandon - isn’t that incredible? I’ve been chasing them for months and there is zero follow up so I’m hoping this gets their attention. They even post a guarantee online offering refunds but then completely ignore it. His business partner called me and kept apologizing for what a mess this business is then explained that even he was trying to get out of the business because it was so bad.

Run. Run. They stole my plants. Last winter they took my plants from my outdoor business- the plants meant a lot to me because they were gorgeous. I had gone and spent hours in NYC finding the perfect palm trees. Winter was coming so I paid these guys a lot to store these palms. It’s now July 19 and they still have not returned my plants. They are thieves. They lie and lie that my plants are going to be returned. Do not use these guys. Run. They have story after story. Their phone mailbox is always filled. When you do get someone to pick up they blame some other guy in the company. Hello. You work for the company. I paid the company.
