We came to Hamilton Lanes to celebrate a family friend’s birthday, and honestly, the experience was insane — in the worst way. From the start, things just didn’t sit right. We had a party of eight — mostly kids and just two adults — yet we were accused of having more bowlers than we actually did. Their own system only allows a set number of names to be entered, so that accusation didn’t even make sense. It immediately made us feel profiled and unfairly targeted.

While our kids were playing in the same area where we paid to bowl, one of them accidentally threw a small prize ball they had won from the arcade. Instead of handling it kindly, the staff abruptly cut their session short. When we asked what happened, the woman in charge said, “your kids would have effed up the machine,” using those exact words — which was shocking, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional.

Then, to make matters worse, a staff member approached us saying, “We have other guests around,” even though there was absolutely no one else sitting or bowling near our area. It felt like they were just looking for a reason to confront us. Meanwhile, my wife and her friend were spending money at the bar, and our group was one of the few actually supporting the business that day — yet we were treated like we didn’t belong.

To top it off, the manager was outside smoking right in front of the building where all guests could see. For a business that promotes itself as family-friendly, that kind of image and lack of professionalism is disappointing. If this reflects their management standards, it really says a lot about how the place is run.

What should have been a fun family celebration turned into an uncomfortable and frustrating experience. If I wanted to go somewhere and feel profiled, this would definitely be the place. Families deserve better treatment, respect, and professionalism than what we...

Excellent bowling alley! Staff is the absolute BEST that Mercer County has to offer! I have not been there during the day so I am at a disadvantage to coment any further about the crew from the day shift! Looks like I have been rebuffed by management they have the same crew so kudos to your 3 team crew you really should recognize them and the absolute excellent work they do! Especially your bar tender who travels from the Middletown NJ area to give us Central Jerz residents such a good time and atmosphere! You need to use that model for your East Windsor bowling lanes cause they suck! Maybe you as an owner will figure it out! Won't go back to your East Windsor bowel until you get it figured out! Good luck in you endeavors! WOW, THE Same 3! RECOGNIZE THEM and just maybe your business will thrive! Use that model for your EW lanes and I might consider it! So now for that comment you lose one star! Get it together! Support YOUR STAFF! GIVE THEM WHAT THEY NEEED! Simple and plain! Get on it! WOW you just caused your Hamilton lanes to lose a star because of your horrible management of you EW lanes! Do we need to go...

So bowling itself was okay. My 3 year old did enjoy herself however the children side bars got stuck and they had to come over twice to fix it. Not that big of a deal correct well the bowling ally was literally empty only my family and for some reason during covid times they put another group right next to us. I’m not saying a lane in between but the next lane. It made no since to me and I had To ask that they move us over.

Then my 3 year old wanted to play the arcade games. I bought $10 worth of games for her. At first games were fine but then after attempting to play this riding game it would take my money and not move. That was 3 times. Then I went to this easy you always win game same thing happens. I go to the front desk they say we aren’t responsible for the games call this number. Well I call....they tell me they will send me my money via the mail. This was September. It’s now January and they have yet to send me the $5. I will Never go back to this bowling alley and if any of my friends suggest it I will inform them of this exact situation and refer them to another location. Highly...

This place is a joke! First time there and will never go back. Misleading pricing. Showed up with my husband and daughter . Website says $6/ per game. So we asked for two rounds and 3 shoe rentals… they told us $53 …. That’s insanity . We paid cash and asked for a refund. We did not even put the shoes on or leave the counter and the girl at the counter was nice and tried to help but declared the Manager was not in , I asked her to contact them and she did.. the manager said no refunds… we were forced to play because they refused a refund. Update your website to $6/per person per game… misleading and not okay! Never going back again and will tell others to stay clear …. Rob people !
