BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased a mattress and set of sheets which he delivered for free right before I left for vacation. I put them sheets on which did not fit the bed, slept on the bed that evening. This bed was not the one I purchased! It was much softer and sanj in the middle. I called the store and spike to the owner about the issue and told him I was leaving for vacation the next morning, he said call him when I get back. I called when I returned and was put on hold by the lady that answered the phone. She came to tell me he was gone for the day which I felt was suspicious, I said well ask him to call me. I called again a couple days later was told he wasn't there. I stopped down there the next day was told she didn't know when he would be there. Stop in again yesterday which has now been about a month since purchase and was told he was on vacation!!! I have since had to purchase a new bed from a different company that I am very happy with but am stuck with a box spring, mattress and sheets that are useless to me because the owner is a coward and can't handle customers and only worried about taking money from people with no remorse for his incorrect products. He doesn't care once you leave his store and he has your money!!! And the employee he has just...

I bought a mattress at Furniture Rugs & More less than a year ago (10 months exactly), and it already has black mold stains on the bottom. It never got wet, I had it on a suitable base, and even so the mattress deteriorated quickly.

I tried to contact the store to get a solution, since I find it unacceptable that such a new product is in such bad conditions, but they did not offer me any help, even though I paid for the product completely.

I am very disappointed with the quality and the lack of customer support. I would not recommend this store if you expect durability or after-sales service. Such an investment should last for...

We had been searching for a rug for under our dining room table. We found a very nice rug at a very reasonable price in this store!! We found the staff to be of great help and very friendly. We have since bought a matching rug for our living room and a kitchen table. This is what happens to companies who give Great Customer Service! What next.... A new mattress and box springs..
