I really hate to leave such a low rating for a brand-new store, but my experience was very disappointing and not worth the trip.
The overall layout and organization make the store frustrating to shop in. The dressing rooms are directly in front of the entrance, which blocks the flow as soon as you walk in. The aisles are so narrow that only one cart can pass at a time, which makes it impossible for people to move in opposite directions. The first aisle even comes to a dead end, so myself and several others were stuck trying to turn around in a cramped space with no room.
The pricing also felt unreasonable. I saw a small used jacket priced at $26 â far too high for a donated item. The toy section was equally disappointing, with random toys bagged together. This might sound practical, but in reality, nobody wants to buy an entire bag for just one item, and it usually leads to people ripping bags open and leaving a mess.
Clothing organization was chaotic as well. Items were sorted by color rather than size, making it extremely time-consuming to look through. Kidsâ swimsuits and coats were oddly placed at the front, while baby clothes were shoved in the back wall â and most of those werenât even priced. I tried to browse other racks, but the narrow aisles made it impossible to look if someone else was already there. The small sections I managed to go through were a jumble of sizes and prices with no real order.
Overall, the store felt chaotic, cramped, and overpriced. I really hope they take customer feedback seriously and make improvements before they turn into another overpriced, disorganized thrift store...
Read moreItâs a decent thrift store. Sometimes they have good deals & discounts like buy 1 get 1 for a penny or buy 1 get 1 half off - mainly on womenâs clothing, plastic cups & containers, glasses, books/dvds & bagged toys. The store is very stocked and the shelves can get a bit overwhelming. But thereâs lots of items to choose from.
The checkout is unorganized & can be a bit frustrating. Itâs in a square shape with no where to âlineâ up. People can come wait from any side which leads to people cutting in line (unknowingly) & people waiting in the middle of isles, mainly when itâs busy. Other than that and a few high prices (mainly on purses & shoes) itâs a decent store in a...
Read moreNo idea why the reviews are bad but they're not justified. This thrift is awesome as its well packed with stuff and the staff are friendly. The amount of items and good deals really suprised me! The ONLY thing I'd say is way too expensive is their LEGO bags inside the display cases are $70/bag when most thrift stores sell mixed LEGO bags for $20-30. Other than that, I'll be coming back. I mainly look for electronics and the electronics...
