I came in to get my switch lite's battery replaced due to it dying quickly as well as a bad overheating issue. We had a consultation appointment where they walked through their repair process to let us know exactly what was going to happen. The repair was done fairly quickly and it turned out great! I'm now able to play for longer and would definitely recommend coming here for repairs!

I've been here for a few times and it's always been great! I brought my OLED in to get it fixed and I was completely happy and satisfied with my repair. Will always be coming back in needing of any repairs!

I was in store Friday August 22nd 2025. I drove 40 minutes to come shop at a local store instead of just going on Amazon or ebay. I was initially excited to see an old school game store. That excitement faded when I saw the prices. Then being talked over and interrupted multiple times after being asked what I was looking for? Nah, I came in for a specific game, one I later just bought on the Playstation store for like 10 bucks and a guitar for that game that I later found on amazon brand new for roughly a hundred bucks less than what I was told the last one they just sold went for. Okay.. cool. I was also looking to snag an old Xbox for purely nostalgia reasons.. almost $300 for a 360 is shocking. I understand you make repairs.. but that does not inherently triple the value (being generous) of said console. So yeah, after making the drive and seeing the prices only to be disrespected repeatedly.. Hard pass on coming back for me. You talked yourselves out of my money. Edit after owner's response. After all I said about being disrespected you go off about how much things cost. đŸ€Ł Thanks for showing everyone who you are and proving my point I was trying to be diplomatic but hey go...

A wonderful place to find retro games! I’ve been feeling nostalgic for certain games recently that you can only play on ps2 so I decided to try and find one to buy. I called Roman games to inquire after one and the very kind owner confirmed they had several and asked what version I was interested in. She then said she would hook one up and test it for me.

When I arrived at the store one was hooked up as promised and not only did she allow me to test it out myself to show it worked, I was allowed to pick a game with it for free! The console was a very fair price for having been taken apart and cleaned and having certain parts replaced and included all connections needed except the memory card (which before buying the owner plugged into the console and showed me saves that were on it to show it worked with no corruptions). There was a large selections of games as well and it wasn’t hard at all to find one I put many hours into as a child and was excited to take home.

All in all this was a great experience, the prices are fair, the selection is great, and the owners are very kind people! I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone interested in retro games...

I'd really like to support local business, but it's difficult with this place. Prices are high on what they sell, They never have what I'm looking for in stock, and constantly say they're not buying anything. Unless you practically give it to them. Staff knowledge is not the best. Honestly they just have bad business practices.

Edit. There's things I didn't address that I should have. It's a cash only business. No one carries cash anymore. They have a no return policy, because they state that you can try it before you buy it. But what if you just happen to get your kid a game they already have? No returns. As for price, perhaps you should start selling to wholesalers. eBay is cheaper and they have a money back guarantee. Perhaps it would also help you get rid of the 30 copies of Tetris, so you can get something that people actually look for. I know I'm bashing this place pretty hard. But this community deserves a decent game store. They're still in business so there's clearly a market for it. And I'm sure it's stressful running a game shop. But there's improvements that can and should...
