Since Covid they have applied rules and guidelines to help keep everyone safe. These rules and guidelines are not follow by most. Which is to be expected by the average person that comes into this establishment. What makes the how situation worse is the staff that are here. They walk around with their masks down around their chins. Noses hanging out and can’t follow simple arrows. They can’t even follow state laws to not park in the fire lane. At first they didn’t even care if mask were worn. We had to say something to the only staff member that was trying to enforce it. They were overwhelmed with the amount of people coming and going. We have reached out to the owners and nothing changes. Mostly one staff/coach in question. If staff don’t follow these simple guidelines how can they expect patrons too? This is one of the only activities left for my kids to enjoy and it’s the staff that will ruin it for them. We have let this go too many time cause we were assured things would be handled. Clearly that was just false hope. My point is if you make rules and guidelines not only should the staff follow them but they should also...
Read moreOur family would have soccer tournaments every single winter here. But lately the lady whose works there has been completely unprofessional, rude, and frankly, racist. Just because we’re Hispanic and they’re white, you’re kicking us out. She states that they’re paying money for this event! But so are we!! So we leave, and yet cars were parked in the side of the building which I assume were not our since she kicked...
Read moreOpen gym here was great. Lots of equipment for both my 2 and 4 year old to enjoy. They spent a lot of time running on the trampoline walkway thingy. $5 each kid for an hour was perfect. Staff was keeping track of things and brought out more equipment they thought the specific group might want, spotted people on some stuff, etc. Perfect score if they weren't giving out lollipops. Everybody loves to give my kids junk...
