Usually have a wait, the customer service is alright. Seems like they are trying to shove certain phones on you rather than helping you with the ones your interested in. Not as knowledgeable compared to other stores I've been to. I feel like I got a different answer from the sales associates on each different visit leading up to the final purchase. I was also more interested in the Samsung 9 more than the 10, but was told they are not going to make them anymore and that there were hardly any accessories for them anymore already...
