The Problem with patronizing small business in a small town is the professionalism and customer service. Store is "closed" but the door is open and no signage to that effect.

No service recovery, not even the thought to tell me what the hours are.

Nice variety of clothes for kiddos. I have found some good deals. Only down fall is they cater to a certain race and sometimes they make you feel like you shouldnt be in there with the looks :( but other than that i shop...

Customer Service isn't a part of this business..store hours on the door say they open at 10:00..the doors are locked and no one answers the phone at 10:15..no idea if they will...
