Fort Monroe Community Center — Local services in Hampton

The center itself has a lot of amenities that my daughter loved! I took her there for spring break for the Hampton parks and recs program. She asked if she could spend the days there in the summertime because she loved it so much.... and come on, it's beautiful out there!

I'm editing my review because my daughter attended summer camp here this summer. The kids were going to go ride bikes and were told to exit through the garage at the back of the building. Outside of the garage there was some kind of drainage area. There was a hole in the ground that shouldn't have been there. They have a great heated indoor pool with limited hours. They have a small exercise room with a TV, but the TV has not worked the couple of times I have been there. I would have liked to have something to look at other than myself in the mirror while I was on the treadmill and bike. The staff were made aware but have not taken care of this matter. Also, I don't know how often they clean the shower room. There was a used band aid in one of the shower stalls for over three weeks. The staff was not made aware of this issue.
