Outdoor Personia — Local services in Hanover

We didn't know our sales rep Douglas no longer worked there and had been emailing him without response for several weeks, until the day of the delivery when we found out.

Douglas had said there would be a way to run the garden hose through the wall of the greenhouse, to connect to the sink. There is no hole for the hose, to use the sink we have to leave the door open for the hose.

Vents: The greenhouse is supposed to have vents on the ends or on the top for air circulation. There is only one vent, above the door, which is at the top of the gable in the front of the house, none on the ends or on the top. Without ventilation, it's too hot inside to grow anything and pretty much renders the greenhouse useless in the summer months. The greenhouse you have at your location where we came in to make selections has vent on the top of the greenhouse that push up/out. This is what we were expecting based on the consultation with Douglas, who, in the process of selling us the greenhouse even said it "has to have vents or it gets too hot".

We were only given a hand drawn rough sketch of the greenhouse when we ordered it. We assumed we would receive a plan, or a mock up, or something. The only thing we ever received after ordering it was a couple of photos during production.
