
1/4/2023 đ I did new pictures today. I have a concern because Target only Had two checkout people on the registers. Plus when I called later no one answered the phones ? I hope everything is okay ? đThereâs Too much happening with stores lately. đ€

9/2022- Target in Hanover is newly renovated and looks great. But whatâs âextremely impressiveâis the great attitude everyone that works there has. It makes for such a great shopping experience to have people go out of their way to bring you to an aisle when youâre looking for some thing! They are very happy to do it ! Great vibes! I have looked in many stores for a tower fan of which they either had non or very few . These fans are also wonderful in the winter changing the air around the room and some of them have âwhite noiseâ settings which is very calming. (Just donât have any fan blowing around your face it will dry out your throat and eventually your lungs!) First a nice young man insisted on bringing me to the fan isle. If you need a fan this is the place to go! Then a wonderful manager showed up taking a lot of time checking all the prices for me because as you will see in my many pictures there are a ton of âall typesâ of fans , a few were in the wrong price section, he also gave me information about them! He knew I was looking for the cheapest one due to my finances . But he gave me a discount for the inconvenience of having to find the correct prices. Him being that nice was such a good feeling đ„° it made my day!!! It also made me so happy because I could then buy one with more settings.    Read moreI was doing a quick Christmas shopping on December 22nd and I personally had a good visit in the store, but I was VERY ANGRY how the self-checkout woman spoke to the female customer ahead of me.
I only had a five pack of EXPO markers and I was standing behind a woman who had a full cart of items. I didn't say anything to the woman because there are six other functioning registers in self checkout that she wasn't using. So, I didn't really see it as her impeding my shopping.
The woman and I finally got to the registers to checkout (after about 15 minutes of waiting) and the self checkout attendant was arguing with the woman, trying to kick her out of line after she had waited in line with everyone else.
Thankfully the woman checking out didn't listen to her and scanned her stuff, because if she listened to the attendant and left the line just to go and wait in another line, I ASSURE YOU I would have given the attendant my 5 pack of EXPO markers and said KEEP THEM and I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Even though I really needed those markers, I would have left them there because of how mad I was that she talked to that woman in that manner.
I understand that the self checkouts are now ten items or less BUT that does not excuse the employee for trying to kick her out of the line. I've worked in customer service my whole life and that type of behavior is UNNECESSARY AND UNACCEPTABLE, especially right...
   Read moreI placed one online order containing 3 items. I received 3 different notifications of the items becoming available for pickup at 3 different times. I picked up the first item right away because I needed it, and was notified other items wouldn't be available for a few days. Then I was notified one item would take a few more days before being ready. Since I didn't want to make 2 separate trips to pick up the 2 remaining items, I waited until the 3rd item was ready, and went in. Waited a long time because items were being stored in the break room because not enough space near customer service. I had mentioned that it should be two items and I'd received 2 notices, but when associate finally found my order and I got to my car, I realized I only had one of the remaining items, not 2 (assumed they'd be together in the bag and I was in a hurry by this time). Had to go back and ask them nicely to find the 3rd item, which was also in the breakroom. Wayyy too much trouble, will definitely think twice about ordering online again. Please note though that employees were very helpful and apologetic, no problems...
