Updated: Helpful information that we were not given was that there was a public restroom facility in the midst of all these shops. The lady at Ozark Classic Crafts did not tell us this. Instead we were told they had no bathroom (straight lie, just say you can't use ours) and sent across the street to use the catfish restaurant bathroom, and they gave us a hard time, too.
Original post: After driving over an hour to get here, my ten year old daughter and I were enjoying looking around when she had an emergency urge to use the restroom. They claimed they did not have a restroom and that we could "go across the street to the catfish place." I was planning on buying several items for my husband's birthday, but nevermind.
They must not realize Arkansas health code prohibits businesses from denying use of a restroom to anyone, even people who haven't purchased something, which is what the catfish restaurant told us... Read moreI have shopped 5 different times when we have visited from Dallas. Never had an issue until this last time in Hardy on 11/24/23. I purchased an item that was to be personalized. While he was working on it I assumed he messed up because he started cussing and thru the item across the shop! The item was for my 5 yr grandson so I still wanted one. So they had to replace with a larger one which they charged me an additional 5.00 which I paid. Was told it would be ready in an hr. Came back and the owner was rude to us yelling " I just got back from dinner! We just starred in shock. Would not give refund. We just walked back to counter and told girl we would come back in morning as we were leaving back to Dallas. It was ready and but had incorrect date. But of course no refund or replacement "All sales final" Will...
Read moreThis place had so many vendors and unique booths! There was also an upstairs with even more booths! They had a lot of handmade wooden items, candles, crystals and other gemstones, local artwork, vintage items, many flavors of homemade jellies and jams, and much more! Their crystals were affordable (a lot cheaper than some other shops in town) and very pretty! I got a bag of polished crystals for $8.50 and a beautiful amethyst cluster for $7.50. I loved everything I got at this store and was completely enamored as I walked through. If you are in Hardy, you have to stop here and...
