New, locally owned and operated shop. Called to check stock on a few bows, went there to check the place out after finding them online. The store is top notch from the decoration & stock, to the staff. Steve in the Pro Shop setup 4 bows in my price range all ready to shoot, left me with 4 arrows, and let me shoot till I found the one I liked best. I probably shot 100 arrows feeling the bows out and he was right there for any questions or concerns I had. They were VERY accommodating, professional, and it was an OUTSTANDING experience. I have bought bows at 3 other shops, NEVER had anyone go above and beyond like this, he even paper tuned the bow with me on the trigger. Customer for as long as they are open. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Round 2 with OI. My experience was no less as good as it was the first time around. I bought a bow from a friend that was in a tough spot, they took it in and squared it away in less than 2hrs. These people genuinely care about you and the work they do for you. They took my son in and guided him through what can be tough for a 14yr old and made it fun. He left with a bow I bought for me last year, tuned for him BY THEM, with a level of patience that I’ve never seen. And he left with a smile asking when we can go back. A business that makes you feel like family……..keep it up guys. You are what’s needed in this area.

Rd 3 at OI. Went with my cousin to get a new rifle because NYS is a royal pain in the YEP. Walked out with a rifle, shotgun, and bow. Outstanding...

I recently bought a pair of sitka delta zip waders from OutDoor Insiders, And their staff went above and beyond. UPS called me 4 different times yesterday saying that the package was lost,found,lost, found again and then lost again. I called O.I to see about available options in case the waders didn’t come, not only did they reassure me that every package they ship is insured they also went to great lengths to call UPS and track down my package and even went as far as give me updated phone calls throughout the day telling me what was going on! I mean that’s absurdly considerate customer service right there! And then today, the waders were delivered to the wrong house, yet again I called O.I and an employee (I believe her name was Kendra) was insanely sympathetic, courteous and told me she was going to write a claim as soon as we hung up the phone. I then found the waders 30 minutes later thrown deep into thickettes on the side of my driveway lol. Forget about cabelas and sportsman’s warehouse, I will gladly drive an hour and 50 minutes to outdoor insiders and support a homegrown outdoors shop for all of my hunting, fishing and camping needs for the rest of my life!!! Big shout out to Outdoor insiders and I look forward to spending my money...

Front of house staff was nice and helpful. The guy working the gun room was very foul-mouthed, even in front of young children. Prices are way too high for the products offered. You can literally get the exact same items cheaper from other shops. Took my bow in for tuning, which didn’t need much. I got it back with the strings reversed, cam tilt on my lower cam that didn’t exist before. My peep hole apparently popped out at some point during the tuning and I got it back with no peep. I took it back and they installed a new one. My draw length ended up 2 inches longer than I had it set at, the peep was twisted and didn’t line up and was too high causing my shots to go very high (3-4ft). And somehow my new string now has fraying on both of the servings and I now need to replace it less than 6 months and 50 shots after getting the new string. They are getting 2 stars for good front of house customer service but very high prices, shoddy bow servicing which caused damage to my bow that didn’t exist prior. I’m not saying I’ll never shop here again, but it’s definitely going to be a last resort...
