Onvo Express — Local services in New Milford Township

11-23-24, I stopped here to see if they had a dog bone like one I had purchased a few days prior. Approximately 1pm. I get out of my car and start approaching the door. A man is also walking towards the door but is about 30ft away. He says "why would someone stop somewhere when there are no lights on" I dint quite hear him so I begged his pardon. He proceeded to repeat his same arrogant inquiry. Mind you, it's a very sunny broad daylight. I recognize then his apparent Onvo attire and he says, " there's no power, no one with 10 miles has power. Why would you stop here?" I said well, I only stopped to see if you had something and could I check. Sure he says. Then proceeds to tell me he doesn't understand why I'd look , I can't buy it anyway, I replied, well I'll be coming back through later, he says" power will still be out then, I said have faith brother. He says don't bother coming back power won't be on until Monday. This all happens as I'm looking and seeing they in fact do not have what I was looking for. I thank them for allowing me to look and proceed out the door. Who speaks to a customer that way? Greezy lookin, scrawny bald dude with his eyes on his forehead. I mention to him as I'm walking out the door that it is an easy miss to not see lights on inside during the day and that his approach to me was extremely arrogant and awkward. To which he shrugs his shoulders. I'm sure this gentleman has live in this little town his whole life and probably hasn't had the exposure to normal social interactions that we all have. This is probably the most important job he's ever had and ever will have. But that does not excuse his rude behavior or arrogance. What a clown. They should remove him. This place was a filthy mess! The bathroom had a toilet that overflowed running all over the bathroom floor with a out of order sign on that stall. Two other bathroom stalls available but there was toilet paper all over the bathroom floors, toilets not flushing filled with toilet paper etc .
