I recently visited Burger King, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing due to the poor quality of their beverage packaging.
I ordered a hot coffee, and the lid did not fit securely. While driving, the lid unexpectedly popped off, causing the hot coffee to spill and burn both me and my passenger. To make matters worse, no coffee sleeve was provided, making it even harder to hold the cup safely.
Proper packaging, especially for hot beverages, is crucial for customer safety. Using low-quality materials for lids and cups creates a serious hazard. At lunchtime, there was a manager in the dining room (maybe doing an interview?), one in the office, one on cash, and one working food.
