Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Harker Heights

About a month ago, I went up there to get one of my fave freeze, but only to have them make it the way I like it. Which is xxx thick w/addl. ice. But when I got there, the 1st broista I placed the order w/was cool and was on the way to making my drink how I wanted. Well, at least I thought he was, but then another came to the window, and she asked me about the drink again. So I repeated how I wanted it to her, and she swore she understood. But when she brought me the drink, it wasn't how I'd ordered it. I tried to give it back to her, but she acted like i drank from it and gave it back to her, but I didn't. I was actually trying to give it back to her and she refused to take it back but she said it's the way I ordered but it wasn't especially seeing it was watery and no whipped topping and no chocolate drizzle on top. So, I came home and put it in my freezer for a couple of days and didn't touch it, but it was the idea I paid for service i didn't get. How sad 😔 And I explained to them I just moved here from AZ, and I'm used to going to Db out there. They said, "Welcome to TX," but my drink wasn't right still. So i pulled off and said I wouldn't go to that location again . If I have to go out to a farther location, then that's what I'm gonna have to do in order to get them to make my drinks right. It's either that or go and see what other places can do for me. And I don't really wanna do that bc I've been a Db...

I say this knowing full well I’m a bit of a coffee snob and likely understating that point. So my opinion of Dutch Bros coffee is it’s a good cup of coffee. I’m not a fan of that particular brand of syrup being used but I’ve had enough variations of flavor to have discovered several I do absolutely love. I do not go to the Harker Heights location because of the coffee. I go there because the morning crew is nothing short of rockstar status. And they make me feel like a rockstar when I leave. Absolutely the best way I can start my morning commute of which is horrid. I carry the smile on my face along with my coffee fully hoping I’m radiating kindness and spreading positive vibes throughout my own team. I love the people I see every morning and wish nothing but great things for each of them everyday. And to be more transparent, I’ve often considered opening my own coffee shop in town. Rest assured I will pluck each and every morning team member away from you if I ever decide to follow through. To the morning crew I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my latte and my heart.You represent every core value Dutch Bros symbolizes and outshine every other location I’ve ever visited. To everyone else reading this I encourage you to start every morning the way I do and let the morning crew get you started with a smile that will surely keep you amped up more than coffee ever could.

All I have to say is wow. I was coming here for 2 months every morning. Yes, I completely understand how Dutch Bros are very friendly making conversation. But when you're holding up the line. Talking with one vedicle for well over 5 minutes. While the lady already has her drinks Givin to her That's a little unprofessional. There's cars behind waiting to put an orders in. Holding up the line, not nice. I took a picture to show the Manager How unprofessional. She walks in without taking my order and I asked the Employees, what is that lady's name? She shouldn't be taking orders but yet talking for well, over the Time the customer receives her order. And they start bashing me telling me I'm harassing her. Cause I'm taking a picture, The manager sage is very rude. He starts telling me if you Post on social media. We're not gonna serve you no more. And for me to take my business elsewhere I'm like i'm not here to post on Is social media I'm going to leave a review on Google. But not take it to social media such as TikTok and Twitter. So now sage are sade is threatening me. Not very Nice I will take my business elsewhere. There's a time for employees to do their job, and if you don't do your job correctly, It gets noticed. Not nice to have full-blown conversations with your friend in the vehicle. While her drinks are already given, there's others waiting for drink orders...
