The ugly older lady who works the drive thru window and the counter is so rude and PURPOSELY takes orders wrong. Ive heard her say she didn't understand or that they've run out of what was requested and just give customers whatever even if it's not what was requested. I ordered a simple bean and cheese taco and I SWEAR my beans were in bola which I thought was weird until I bit into it and realized the beans were completely raw! I also had to learn that all sales are final and they take no responsibility for the poor quality of their food. For a small hispanic owned business they do a very poor job of servicing...

The worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced. I went this morning to get some barbacoa and I was there at the time that they open at 6 o’clock and I patiently waited because they hadn’t opened up the drive-through window just yet. I sat there for 15 minutes when one of the employees decided to go ahead and open up the window and I heard her laughing she closed it real quick and then they turned off the lights and hid in one area so I wouldn’t see them. I go every weekend and enough is enough already you guys constantly have bad attitudes and the worst customer service...
