I been a customer for years and usually no problems with store minus how busy it gets at times usually staff works to be friendly and always calm so itās no issues, except last time i went a customer service woman helped me with my coupons at checkout. The cashier messes up one of my coupons input proceeded to void my whole order and was outrageously rude to me because a cashier saw the wrong value and instead of helping put in the value they said they wonāt take my coupon or any of my order very rude like and tried to say they were fake, not give them back even though they worked and were normal manufacturing coupon, the scanner was so dirty it wouldnāt scan and cashier put in all values except one wrong and then made me have to run all around to figure out why they wouldnāt even take my order - as they were reluctant at first not knowing what theyāre talking about, wouldnāt say anything as to why they voided my whole order i try to go to here for proximity but it looks like Iām just going to think about traveling a little to go to the grocery store if i canāt even use a simple coupon without haze. Or like Iām an enemy because i try to save. A lot of people in the customer service need help with customer services training just because you may be having a bad day you shouldnāt rain it on the customer. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis Giant (#6006) is the only Giant that has only 1 entrance open. What's worse is that the entrance closest to the pharmacy is the one they chose to close. Therefore, customers with limited mobility have further to walk to pick scripts or OTC meds. In addition, handicap parking then becomes an issue. I spoke with customer service and was directed to call the corporate office. I expressed my concerns, and I was told that someone would get back to me, which has not happened. I then spoke with a store manager who gave me some nonsensical explanation. I feel that having 1 entrance that is also the egress poses a safety issue, in my opinion. Not 1 person has given me an explanation that makes sense. What I will say is that this particular store just happens to be in an area that is predominantly where black and brown people shop. Every other Giants in nearby areas allow customers access to both entrances and exits. Make this make sense for me, please. If this is a corporate directive, it truly needs to be changed....
Ā Ā Ā Read morePick up service has been horrible lately, only use this location because of proximity to my house but the last few times itās taken up to half an hour to receive my food, they do not show up even if you have location services turned on in the app and no one ever answers the pick up phone number Edit: gave this place another chance today like the ownerās response said, got the worst service thus far today, no one picked up the phone until several tries, put me on hold after I said my name and spot number , waited several minutes before being transferred to someone who said wrong number and hung up. Several minutes again before someone answers the phone again. Then a worker comes out of the car parked in front of me asking if I was waiting for an order ā¦.. took 20 minutes from when I got here to actually get my food. With the time I spend waiting Iām finally just gunna start driving to another location itās been too many times at this point, I donāt even pick up at a busy time, thereās never any other card waiting for pickup...
