Save A Lot — Local services in Harrisburg

Kevin was the manager who was in charge of the store at the time of our christmas donation grocery shopping. He apparently was told of belligerent cashier that was so rude, nasty and so fake at check out. When this manager was asked to speak he refused to be pulled on the side rather insisted the complaint be brought up to him in front of the cashier who was belligerent. The cashier gave my partner an attitude as if she have a lot of work to do when pulling up with two carts full of groceries worth $300. So we began to put our groceries at the check out counter. Then she suddenly yelled stop! Our grocery items were ready for check out waiting 15 minutes for her to complete someone else payment that didn't go through smoothly. She was showing us an angry face, murmuring a few things, she was yelling for the second time to stop putting the grocery as if we keep on filing them up at the register. We made sure they were placed neatly and not smashed and not falling off the counter. These were our groceries of course. She slammed items on the cart after she rang them up, a can on the cart was slammed hard with the bread and other snacks bags in the shopping cart. She was so disrespectful. When asked of a manager she became aggressive. She was asked if she is the manager, she said "NO" in a very arrogant tone and asked what was her name and said "XIOMARA!!" in a very arrogant tone again. Manager didn't even know the name of the cashier whom he was working with. This was the second visit to this store in a 4...

When I walked into the store the security guard walks up to me and says you have to leave your bag up front they don't want you to walk through here with your back well what's funny is there was somebody to walk to him right before me had the same kind of bag and he did not say nothing to them and I told him it is my purse and I carry my wallet and my money in there and I'm not leaving it up front and he told me that I had to leave the store and I said a few Choice words and I think if you're going to make a rule that applies to everybody and it is to be posted if you did not want them kind of bags through your store it was not posted you cannot make somebody leave their purse up front and let other people get away with it you guys...

Good prices and the store is pretty clean. The store manager is nice. I've only been there twice or three times in the last year but when I did it was clean.

What I don't like is my sister went to this store today and was taking photos of groceries on the shelves (she's autistic and likes to have a visual for when she goes grocery shopping) and she got confronted by an employee while i was on the phone with her and who told her "what are you doing taking pictures in MY store"

Any other employee ignored her. Let my sister do her thing. She was even careful to make sure she didn't get anyone in the photos she took of the signs on the ceiling. But why did the lady have to make a scene? I attached some photos my...
