Angel Nail — Local services in Harrisburg

I ran in here because it was close to home. My experience was terrible! It was freezing cold because they didn't have the heat on. Everyone was wearing coats, for pete's sake! The woman told me she had to replace a nail of mine, but no new nail was ever put on. Then she tried to charge me for it even though nothing was done! I waited for approximately a half an hour with my nails under lamps to dry them. the lamp was so hot that if I kept my hand under it in the same position for too long, it felt like it was burning my finger. Then she told me I was done and after I left I noticed hair and dust particles in my polish. Plus they look dull in some areas and glossy in others. I have had the "gel polish" on for one day and it is already friggin chipping off!! Do NOT go here under any...

I called on Friday and asked if it was OK to come because I know nail salons get busy on Friday he said yes we don’t take appointments I get there five minutes later and the lady says there will be an hour wait and I said I just called and he said it was OK to come in he snapped at me and got smart and said no I said we don’t take appointments but it would’ve been nice and respectful to the consumer to simply say there will be an hour wait before driving there. Very rude and it’s clear they don’t care about...

TERRIBLE experience. I came in to get my dip powder nails removed which I got somewhere else. She clipped my nails without any symmetry then attempted to take my nails off with ANOTHER NAIL. I stopped her and told her that hurts and asked what she was doing?? She tried to tell me they come off that way smh. She told me I could soak in acetone but it would take long. Of course I chose that option. Her attitude became nasty. So now I leave with short nails, unbuffed, no paint, nothing....
