Uptown Plaza Mall — Local services in Harrisburg

The Uptown Plaza use to look so nice...... 😔 Now, not so much. People enjoy having access to shops in their neighborhoods. They appreciate the convenience and are proud to support their local merchants.

♦️It's too bad that the local merchants don't appreciate the support of their consumers, by keeping up the appearance and maintenance inside and around their storefronts. It is depressing! ♦️The inside of some businesses, look as if the mop and the bucket ran away with the broom. ♦️If people are willing to spend their money... businesses should be willing to provide pleasant shopping experiences for their consumers; by maintaining their establishments, inside and out.

❤ I will say that, the Save-A-Lot, Wine and Spirits, the clothing and hair supply stores look nice on the inside.

♦️How ever....Some areas of the parking lot are disgusting! Don't take my word for it...look at the pictures. ♦️Where's the Pride?

🤔 Did I mention, that a city street's vehicle went racing across the parking lot, passing the eyesore of Rubbish and Discarded Junk, as he paved the way for the street cleaner, that followed shortly after?

♦️So much for keeping all parts of the Beautiful City of...

The owner of this Plaza needs to remodel the store fronts or sell it to someone who cares and will take care of the property and parking lot. This is a convenient and excellent location. It has huge potential with the right owner. Uptown Harrisburg needs a good grocery store. An Amazon Go or Amazon Fresh Grocery Store would be great and limit theft. Swipe your Amazon account to get it and pay, less people to shoplift. I hope that someone will see the potential and make this Plaza great. Currently there is a Dollar Tree, Save a lot, Dollar General, Pennsylvania Wine and Spirits Store, Rainbow, Jimmy the Hot Dog King, a Chinese Restaurant, District Justice Court-Office, and a Plasma Donation Center. There is also a stand alone McDonald's in the front of the...
