Great Wall — Restaurant in Harrisburg

The customer service was extremely terrible from the cashier and they made several errors with my order. I placed my order over the phone and I go to pick it up and I tell him what I ordered and additionally I wanted to add a small item to the order. I go to use my card and he says it’s a $5 limit. I tell him why can’t you just add it onto my order? He’s looking at me at a completely dumbfounded and he goes this order was already paid for. I say no it was not I didn’t pay for this yet. Again, he looks so lost and he’s like you ordered this (which was a different order that I never mentioned to him before and paid for) I go, “no I did not” so again, I tell him what I ordered and then under his breath he’s like “Jesus Christ.” Like who are you getting mad at? The fact that you made an error and was really rude to me is not how you’re supposed to run a business. Also, I ordered vegetable fried rice and received pork fried rice and never received my drink that I ordered. The food was also warm and not hot at all so overall this was such bad customer service and the food was not good. I would not do...

Best buffet in the Harrisburg area. Not the largest selection but they have the traditional items like General Tso's, Fried rice, Chicken & Broccoli, Won Ton soup and the most excellent egg rolls around. Even onion rings, fried chicken wings and buttery fried potatoes for those wanting more Americanized carbs. Food is fresh and replenished frequently (I was there for about 40 minutes and they must have brought out 12 or more different things to replace) Price can't be beat, either. Six bucks and change for all you can eat. Man, that's like late 90's pricing!! People at the counter are friendly and efficient, speak pretty decent English too. And they don't look at you like you're a cheapskate when you only want water instead of buying a bottled soda. Kind of a seedy area, and a very run-down shopping plaza, and far from the fanciest place you'll see, but for a good tasting and quick lunch it can't be beat. Give me a good "small" buffet over a so-so mega buffet any day...

Everytime I order they always fail to give the proper items. On top of that they give you attitude as if its your fault. They are incompetent and rude. The experience is awful. I ask for 3 sodas they gave me 2 and got upset when I asked for a third one when I paid for 3 so obviously I'm going to want my money worth. Great customer service is non existent and they make it seem like they are doing you a favor when your the one putting money in their pocket. I treat everyone with respect I'm a nice person but they will give you attitude when they fail and expect you to just accept their faults. No way am I going to pay $40 + and not get what I ordered and just be ok with it. It's so sad how they treat you.
