As a local guide I dont just give bad reviews for no reason. I guess you have to be a regular there to get the good service that alot of people talk about here. I needed new screens and a few to be made from scratch. With the order I had a list that I gave them they said the guy doesn't do the screens is not here but they will make sure they give it to him and they'll call when they were done. After 10 days nobody had called so I called them on day 12 The Waiting wasn't the problem I understand about covid and businesses being shorthanded blah blah blah. I called and after ten minutes of waiting on hold after I told them why I was calling they told me they were ready .

I get there and they couldn't find any of them at first 10 minutes later they find all but one and then 10 minutes after that they find the last one the list for the rebuilt screens from scratch was missing nobody even knew about it and apparently the owner comes over and asks if I got all my screens and I say yes but what about the list ? And why didn't anybody call me to give me a quote on rebuilding and he had no clue and his excuse was "well if you droped them off on the weekend I wasn't here".very...

Went in looking for an exact match for a screw & nut. I asked the guy behind the counter for help & he said it's self-serve & pointed to the aisle that contained a million different screws, nuts, etc. I went back to the guy & said I really need help finding what I need, and his response was "We can't spend 30 minutes looking for a 30 cent piece. It's self-serve". I said you shouldn't sell them then if your not willing to help customers. I walked out & will not...

I've been coming here over 25 years! This is a great place. More PVC fittings then the big stores for sure..Propane available at all times..Tons of spray paint choices, nuts,bolts,screws ect..Lots of home repair items...A decent amount of an auto&trailer section! Helpful staff. I've lived in Mullica Hill a long time and never have had a problem here of over at least easily 100+ visits. Thank you for the continued service you've offered this town...
