Fantastic ice cream and an Accessible bathroom! The charming building has an inviting face with steps up the front, but if you park around the back you'll find a ramp that serves for crutches but is also wide enough for a wheelchair. The screen door can be placed in the open position and the door swings open wide. The bathroom is your the right and the ice cream counter ahead. There are 25 flavors available. The creaminess is lovely and the flavors live up to their names. My husband loved his coffee ice cream, my brother-in-law's peanut butter ice cream practically disappeared in moments. We were very disappointed. This was our first time to stop in as we were out driving around. The staff seemed as if we were an intrusion and obviously did not want to work. The hard ice cream scoops were one of the smallest I have encountered, the cone for the soft serve was not filled, rather just served around the edge of the cone, it was melting and falling off as she handed it to me and offered a cup to place it in so it wouldn’t fall in the floor, if my son had wanted a cup he would have asked for that and not a cone. I would love to give this place 5 stars because it’s in walking distance of my house but I can’t justify the price with the portion size. Every time my husband and I come he orders a large soft serve and gets charged for it and I order either a small or medium. They usually end up being the same amount of ice cream portion wise (relatively small). The large is just truly not a large compared to other nearby ice cream places and if you are paying that price it should be to the correct portion. It is very skimpy.
