This is my second visit to Mademoiselle Macaron. I must say I was completely dissatisfied. First I called Wednesday to see about reservations. I would think a business that is only open Thurs-Sat would check their voicemail on Wednesday for any possible reservations for the next day in particular. They apparently don't. We came anyway and were accepted. It took forever for a waitress to come to our table and when we placed our tea order one of our teapots came 15 min after the others were served with the reasoning being they had to wait for the water to boil??? We asked for honey and they gave us a tiny jar that only had about a teaspoon in it. When asked for more they brought out a giant plastic bottle like you would get at a big lot store. We had to ask for napkins and they gave us paper towels from the bathroom which btw was out of order! We ordered the most expensive option they had at $28 per person. The food was just ok and when it came for the dessert tray we had to wait for the scones to be baked which came 15 min after we ate all the other goodies. I also don't know where your pictures came from but it cannot have been there. I understand "farm look and shabby chic" but come on, wash the dingy curtains which I'm sure were originally white not gray! The only good thing I can say is that the macarons are delicious but super expensive. We will not be back nor recommend to...

I booked the Mother’s Day Tea. BIG MISTAKE. Firstly, I was told I was able to move my reservation back to a later time, and then was informed days before the reservation that they could not do anything to accommodate my party. So, I had to have members of my party arrive late and miss out on the allotted time for this reservation. Not to mention this was held outside despite it being a cold and rainy day. They should have absolutely moved this event indoors (NO ONE was inside). Then, the food arrived. None of the desserts on the Marie Antoinette tower are even edible. They are old, hard and flavorless. They do not use tea warmers here, so be prepared for cold tea! The savory tier is very good, though. But, my biggest gripe here: the PRICE of this experience. It was double the price of their normal afternoon tea with nothing really special or added onto this experience. You would think they could afford tea warmers, no? We could have had a filet dinner for this price! I will never come here again. I do not see what is so worth it, and the lack of accommodation or communication from their staff...

I am so upset with my experience yesterday. I took my friend here for her 50th birthday and the service was horrible. When we arrived we didn’t get a nice welcome and when I gave the girl our name for the reservation she pointed to the table where we needed to sit. We waited 15 min for someone to finally ask if we were waited on. Once we received our tea our sugar bowl was filled with salt! We didn’t realize it was salt until we drank our tea and it left a terrible taste in our mouths. I really feel that this was a prank because when we received our tea the two girls behind the front counter kept looking over at our table. When we mentioned the issue to the girls they weren’t very apologetic and even told us they don’t serve salt. They didn’t offer us water after drinking the salt in our tea and we had to ask for new cups because they never offered that option to us. Unfortunately we won’t be back since the manager never even called us when we requested for...

Just a wonderful afternoon tea experience. And when I say that, I mean it because having high tea is one of my favorite things and I’ve done it around the Us, Europe, and in the UK! I am thrilled to have a place locally that not only knows how to get the aesthetic right, but whose scones, tea sandwiches, pastries, and tea are all delicious. I can’t wait to come back again and bring friends! Make sure to get a reservation because they are busy. I was able to get parking in the small lot in front because I pulled into the drive between buildings from the main street. Otherwise you have to park on the street (which doesn’t look like it’s that difficult.)

A nice tea date with my friend for my birthday. Reservation needed for high tea. We did the most expensive option with scone, sandwiches, desserts and unlimited tea. Everything tasted good and looked nice. I've never had it split up before-- 3 tier display came out with just sandwiches & when we were almost finished, another 3 tier came out with desserts and scone. There's quite a few tea choices, some seasonal choices. I felt the tea was a bit weak. I'm not sure if it needed more tea leaves or more steeping, but I like a stronger flavor. Cute atmosphere in a barn.

The price for what you get is not worth it. We did the Marie Antoinette tea which includes the tea sandwiches and desserts on the tiered tray. It was $32 each and wow it was barely any of the sandwiches. Very stingy. The photo I attached is the serving for 2 people, so $64. The whole interior seems really dilapidated as well. Wobbly table, the zipper on the bench upholstery is busted, and just generally worn down. You’re better off ordered two or three of the full sized sandwiches and sharing them and you’d pay less and have 5x the amount of food.
