I have loved this store since they opened. My self and my children frequent it weekly until yesterday when I entered without a mask. Cashier said NOTHING! A manager walked past me in front of the big double doors in the back - said NOTHING! She then walked past me in the middle isle and again said NOTHING! I got up towards the register and was second in line. Cashier still said NOTHING and the manager (or whatever she is) screamed verbally attacking me that I couldn't be in the store without a mask. I set my items down and the lady checking out spouted I don't care about people. At which time I told her to mind her business and exited the store. I made a fb post describing what had happened along with the fact 2 women in the store had mask around the chin/neck area but NOTHING was said to them while I was in the store. Then this am in contacted by the local law enforcement that corporate ask them to tell me I'm not allowed in their store. Absolutely NOTHING in my post warranted this if anything her approach should have been what needed to be addressed. The way she came at me was unacceptable and very disrespectful. I had people reply on the post this same behavior has taken place with other's. If this is how they allow employees to speak to patrons one can only hope video and photos in the future will hold them accountable ..
edited at 1:56 am 8/6/2020 because I wasn't able to reply to the response I received .. Which stated : I stated the employees name. That is NOT the incorrect! the post is still available and I did NOT post her name someone else stated prior to my photo.. Because apparently she had prior issues which isn't my business. I posted a picture but have numerous . Isn't the first rodeo of her being rude to customers and those people forwarding their experiences is what it is .. I stated I wouldn't patronize the store in my post and there was NO disrespect to that employee whatsoever. I sat my stuff down and left to my car ... I'll proceed as I've been advised and you have yourself a fantastic...
Read moreWhen I am in Harrison I like to stop here because they usually have at least one unique item that I can pickup for a gift or what have you. Sometimes the store is in a bit of disarray but that makes the hunt fun. They have a lot of different items so its probably hard to keep the store shelves organized with all of the customers picking things up and moving things to see what all they got. The store appears clean, you can get through the isles while using a shopping cart without running into displays or boxes of products on the floor (huge pet peeve of mine). The staff was courteous, and greeted customers as they came...
Read moreI am a regular shopper but this past Monday I did not pick up the items that I had wanted due to feeling poorly. Today I went in and spent $20 but because it was not Monday, I had to pay full prices. Other than that, one item was a pen that also has a light and stykus tip. It wad only a dollar, but not only did it not write, I had to replace the ink portion of the pen as it was all dried up.
Other than these thiughts, I have always been a fan. The new dog bed is nice, but my dog won't uae...
